Bio:

Vlad Dracula was in born in Schassburg, Transylvania in 1430. The exceptional young and bright nobleman was elevated to a full fledged prince of Transylvania, while still a child. His region is invaded by the Ottoman Turks and he begins to lead military forces. For several years he leads the guerrilla forces against the large group of invaders. In 1459, he mortally wounded in battle against the Turkish warlord Turac. Turac wishes torture his foe so he seeks out a gypsy healer named Lianda. Lianda is in fact a vampire and turns Dracula as a means of healing him. Lianda then gives the comatose body of Dracula back to Turac. Turac barges into Dracula's home and chains up the sleeping Dracula. He then rapes and kills Dracula's wife. When Dracula awakes he finds that he super strong, powerful and is extremely murderously angry. He easily rips through the chains and kills Turac. He turns Turac into a vampire as a form of vengeance. Turac returns to his home and kills his own family before being staked to death.

Dracula goes on to become one of the most powerful vampire lords ever. He is chosen by Varnae to be his successor as vampire lord. Varnae forces Dracula to drink his blood, which boosts all of his power levels. He then forces the then current leader of Vampires Nimrod to step down. Dracula fills in for Nimrod for many years. He is challenged by new vampires like Deacon Frost but generally has maintained control.

Dracula battles many heroes, supernatural entities, and vampire hunters including Blade, Doctor Strange, Abraham van Helsing, Jonathan Harker, Frank Drake, Rachel van Helsing, Quincy Harker, Cagliostro, Baron Blood, Solomon Cane, The Werewolf, N'Garai Demons, Hannibal King, Mephisto, Spider-Man, X-Men and others.

One of her greatest nemesis's is his own daughter, Lilith. Lilith can not be killed until Dracula himself is killed.

He has battled many times with the vampire hunter Blade who vampiric powers and daywalking ability makes him an expert vampire killing machine.

Doctor Strange killed Dracula and all the vampires in the world using a spell called the Montesi Formula. Various Demons, Doctor Strange's brother Victor, and Marie Laveau help weaken the Montesi Formula by bringing back Varnae (the first vampire) and he returns.

Dracula assembled an army of vampires on the Moon to take over Britain but was stopped from doing so by MI-13.

Bio:

A giant mummy appeared to be walking around tomb to tomb in Egypt. The giant monster created a panic amongst locals who thought it was a demon sent by Allah. An archeologist began to follow the massive creature only to learn its true secret. The giant mummy Mummex was not a mummy at all but an alien named Raaka from a missing person's bureau.

The space suits of the aliens look like Mummies. When Raaka encountered Earth its scans showed various Earth mummies and Raaka investigated to see if they were actually missing alien space explorers. Once finished with his exploration Raaka left Earth in his space ship after creating panic on Earth.

Super Strong - Not sure how strong relative to other monsters or heroes but was shown to have strength far surpassing a normal human.

LOGAN Movie

Wolverine 3 has the title of Logan. The movie is thought to be the final film that Hugh Jackman will depict Wolverine. It is possible that as this is the last Wolverine film with Hugh Jackman that Wolverine dies in it. Director James Mangold has said that the film will depict the most vulnerable Wolverine that an audience has seen.

Zander Rice - Scientist who creates X-23 may be an alternate identity of Sinister or his own character.

The film will take off after the events of X-Men Apocalypse. Wolverine will be older and an alcoholic. He will have chronic pain do to his weakening healing factor and be using alcohol as a painkiller. At the end of X-Men Apocalypse it was revealed that Nathaniel Essex or Mister Sinister acquired samples of Wolverine's blood that he will have seemingly used to experiment with. These experiments will lead to the creation of a clone of Wolverine called X-23. This young female clone of Logan will force Wolverine out of retirement.

Patrick Stewart will also play an older Charles Xavier in the series. Like Logan his powers are greatly diminished and he is struggling with dementia.

Influences:
It is seems likely that Logan will borrow some influence from a few story lines. One that is expected to influence is Old Man Logan another is the story of X-23. There will also be influences from Mister Sinister stories.

There are also hints that aspects of the Death of Wolverine comic series may be used. This may be a film where Wolverine does in fact die.

The Film is said to be much darker and more violent than previous X-Men films and MAY have an R-Rating.

What is the Dark Hold

The Dark Hold is a book of dark magic in the Marvel universe. It is the one of the most powerful and famous items in the Marvel Universe. The book is often considered the inverse of the equally powerful Book of the Vishanti. The book has been held by a variety of powerful characters including multiple vampires, Doctor Doom, Morgan Le Fay, and even Doctor Strange. The item was popular enough that a series was created called Darkhold: Pages from the Book of Sins that ran for 16 issues between 1992 and 1994. The Darkhold is shown and mentioned in the MCU show Agents of SHIELD Season 4.

Bio:
The Darkhold is said to have been created by the elder god, Cthon who was also the first pracitioner of dark magic. Cthon was something of an academic and put down a great deal of dark magic into iron bound scrolls that eventually became the Darkhold.

The Darkhold was found and used by sorcerors of ancient Atlantis who called themselves the Darkholders. During the fall of Atlantis the warrior Kull slew the leader of the Darkholders, Thulsa Doom. Hoping to defeat Kull the remaining acolytes of Doom used the Darkhold to create the world's first vampire Varnae. Varnae did not want to be controlled by the Darkholders and quickly killed one and escaped creating his own army of vampires.

Darkholders escaped Altantis with the Darkhold. Since that time it has fallen into a variety of powerful magic users hands. Pages of the Darkhold have also been copied into diaries and other nefarious magical books like the infamous Necromonicon.

The Darkhold is shown and mentioned in the MCU show Agents of SHIELD Season 4.

Experiments by a high tech group have left its members in a ghost like state. When they touch people or phase into them they cause a person to become overloaded with fear and homicidal. The ghost researchers seek to find the book the Darkhold that they hope holds the key to revert them to their normal physical state.

In Marvel comics Wonder Man's alter is an actor named Simon Williams. Simon ends up getting involved in a super human project that gives him awesome energy based powers. Simon is a character that at certain times is a villain faced by the Avengers and at other times has been a proud member of the team.

He is known for having some of the most awesome powers of the Avengers but also the most mental instability. He suffers from cowardice, paranoia and selfish narcissism. His massive powers though have made him an important part of many Avengers teams.

Who is Wonder Man?

Nathan Fillion appeared in the Klynn (Space jail) scene of the Guardians of the Galaxy. Now he will also appear in movie posters of Simon Williams (Wonder Man) in Guardians of the Galaxy Volume #2.
No one knows exactly how much Simon Williams will appear or even if he will be Wonder Man. However, look out Fillion is a popular actor and he would certainly make many people happy taking on a more substantial part in the Marvel Universe.

My guess is at some point we will see Wonder Man!

Doctor Strange is a Marvel movie set to come out after Avengers: Age of Ultron it will focus on the magic side of the Marvel Universe. The current release date is set for November 4th, 2016. Opening up the magical world of Marvel will be Doctor Stephen Strange also known as the sorcerer supreme.

Captain America: Civil War bonus features
A new video that focuses on the production, art and story of Doctor Strange is featured within the Captain America: Civil War DVD. The DVD in HD comes out Sep 2, 2016 and the Bluray arrives one week later on Sep 9th.

First TV Spot for Doctor Strange:
I think most of this footage is reused from the previous trailers. Some shots in the beginning look new. Also there is a moment where Baron Mordo tells Doctor Strange that "There is no other way." Not sure what is going on there but likely Strange is getting ready to open up some can of ancient bad magic to save the day. I wonder if the magic being used has a cost of hurting or tainting Baron Mordo that will play out by making him evil later on.

The film seems to be setting up a dynamic relationship between Mordo and Strange where they will be friends and allies in this film. Something tells me at the end of the film something will occur that will set the men against each other for a sequel film.

San Diego Comic Con 2016 Trailer
The 2nd trailer for Doctor Strange was shown at San Diego Comic Con. Also at the con were all the costumes of the characters that were on display. This trailer focused a little more on the threat facing Strange and his training to become the Sorcerer Supreme.

The main villain Kaecillius is seen telling Doctor Strange that he is "Death and Pain" and that he (Stephen) will "Die protecting this world".

There is also some humor in the trailer. At one point Baron Mordo gives Strange a scrap of paper. When Strange looks at the writing on the paper confused Mordo wittily responds "Its the Wifi password, were not savages".

The Doctor Strange costumes appeared before a replica of the Strange's famous window from his Sanctum Santorum. Strange's costume is in the forefront with Baron Mordos to the back left.

First things first this movie looks just as fun as the original and that is saying something. The characters are intriguing, the sets are otherworldly, there is action and obviously some humor.

Ooga chaka Ooga Chaka the familiar tune subtly plays in the background as the camera gently glides down a hall of the Milano. A cheeky scrawl is written on the walls no doubt by a certain intergalatic outlaw turned hero, Starlord. The message is clear the team is back.

Then begins to snap quickly in a variety of intriguing scenes that show that while our favorite characters are back, they are in a very different place than where we saw them last. The team is shown walking through a weird alien planet. Star Lord standing before a glowing biomass like abyss. Gamora drawing her sword. Rocket and Yondu strutting past helplessly floating warriors, a giant explosion. Then finally a joke because this is the Guardians and they don't take themselves too, too seriously.

I am very curious where the locations are in the Marvel Universe. I am a massive Marvel universe geek and love to chart out the planets. They certainly do not appear to be the planets visited in Gotg 1 (Xandar and Morag) One thought is that some scenes make actually take place on Ego the Living planet. Ego will play a major role in the film and will have a human form played by Kurt Russell but also will presumably still be a planet. In particular the scene of Starlord peering out into filmy blue biomass feels like could be on Ego.

There is also another interesting scene where Yondu and Rocket are walking together where a huge group of warriors presumably members of the pirate like Ravagers. Rocket used a similar gravity shut off strategy to escape from the prison the Klynn in Guardians 1. Where is this location at? My guess is that it is aboard a Ravager vessel.

Giant Size Chillers #1 is a 1974s comic that is a spin off the then popular Tomb of Dracula series. It marks the first appearance of Lilith the daughter of Dracula and it is the first of the Giant Size Chillers, which pop up from time to time afterward. This is also one of the first horror comic one offs to have appeared in awhile as horror had previously been highly restricted.

Tomb of Dracula is a very interesting series. The major publishers had been strictly prohibited from making horror comics for years. Then in 1971 the comic's code authority allows publishers to begin making stories about vampires. Marvel tests the waters with a quasi vampire character Morbius in 1971 who appears in Amazing Spider-Man #101. When that character goes the rules without a hitch they decide to push a little further with a horror themed comic based on a vampire. They base the new vampire series around biggest name vampire of them all, Dracula and in 1972 Tomb of Dracula is born.

The series gets off to a bit of a rough start having different creative teams cycle in and out over the first 6 issues but Tomb of Dracula #7 (Still in 1972) Writer Marv Wolfman and Artist Gene Colan are combined on the series and they become creative core of the book for the rest its historical run.

Not only was it one of the first Horror series released after the easing of restrictions but it was also one of Marvel's longest lasting. It is known for being the longest lasting comic with a villain as the main character in Marvel history with its run of 70 issues! It also introduced the hero Blade with Tomb of Dracula #10 who became one of the first African American heroes.

Giant Size Chillers appears in 1974 still early in the Wolfman run but after the series found its stride. The goal of the series is to have a fun one off tie into the Tomb of Dracula series. It is designed a little deeper into Dracula and debut a new characters his daughter, Lilith. The book not only introduces Lilith but it also reveals her origins and in doing so some of Dracula's as well.

In London, Angel O' Hara a pregnant young women is being yelled at by her irate father. She has just revealed that secretly married and is pregnant. The irate father kills her husband. This makes Angel extremely angry and attracks a spirit with a similar feeling at rage. This spirit is that of Lilith who also hate her father. Angel is overcome and turned into Lilith who quickly kills Angel's murdering father.
Lilith then sets out to find vampire hunter, Quincy Harker who had killed her 30 years prior. She dispatches of Harker. She then goes off to confront Dracula himself.

Meanwhile, Dracula has an interesting meeting with Sheila Whittier an owner of a haunted castle. Rather than simply kill her Dracula comforts the woman and promises to help her solve the castle's secrets.

Dracula and Lilith then run across each other and chase each other through London as bats. They stop at a soccer game to discuss their histories. This is where we learn the origin of Lilith.

As a man, Dracula is forced to marry Lilith's mother by his father. Dracula loathes Lilith's mother. The two have a child but as soon as Dracula's father dies he leaves them. Dracula goes off and marries his true love and starts a new family. Lilith scorned by her father finds her self living with a witch. The witch also does not like Dracula and curses Lilith. Lilith becomes a quasi vampire who is destined to battle her father, forever. She can not die fully until her Father is destroyed.
The two leave each other without working out their differences. They both seem to agree that they dislike eachother very much.

Dracula returns his sight toward the haunted castle where he find that Lord Henry is using dark magic to make the castle appear haunted. Henry kills himself but Sheila will continue to live on in the castle and wonder about its mysteries.

Lilith goes on to reappear in some Dracula stories as well as reappear in Nick Fury's Howling Commandos.

This was an X-Men series that featured a creative rockstar team that are still widely associated with the X-Men that was heavily based in the amazing art of artist Jim Lee, This generation of X-Men was also known in part because these rosters of X-Men were heavily used in the popular X-Men the Animated Series that also ran during the 90s. One of the features of the comics of that period is that X-Men were broken into two color themed teams, X-Men Blue and X-Men Gold. Each team featured its own roster and its own stories.

Comic wise however the X-Men and Mutants in general have felt pushed to the side in favor of Inhumans. We have discussed the reasons for this at length in other articles but generally all of our bloggers have felt that it was a flawed strategy. The general thinking is that Marvel has become more of a film based company and because they lack the film rights to X-Men they instead began pushing Inhumans as proxy to tell similar types of stories. The problem with that is that Inhumans were just a little too different, they are too alien based to be used exactly as mutants were. After a few messy stories, and then the Death of Wolverine story that killed the most popular X-Man it felt that Marvel had nearly pushed the X print universe into the grave. This was solidified with the story of Inhumans vs X-Men where many believed that mutants would be wiped out of the Marvel universe completely.

But then Marvel ran into a different storm in the summer of 2016. For the first time in MANY years Marvel began to be beaten soundly by DC on comic racks across America. DC had relaunched its universe beneath the title of Rebirth that was pulling in both old fans and new fans. Marvel's Civil War II event over 2016 largely undersold and did little to boost sales and almost nothing to compete with DC Rebirth's compelling story lines.

The lack of sales seems to have caused the company to do a hard about face when it comes to the X-Men. Now the company is delving back to the golden years of the early 90s and relaunching the iconic X-Men titles X-Men: Gold and X-Men: Blue in 2017.

What does the return of these iconic titles mean?

Are X-Men back for good? Will Marvel begin focusing more on Mutants and less on Inhumans?

X-Men Editor Mark Paniccia discussed the new books with Newsarama saying the throw back names were:

“These are the return to the quintessential X-Men team books. Rosters you’re going to love. The kinds of stories we all grew up on. You’re going to dig them and maybe even feel a little competition between the books, trying to outdo each other. If I do my job right, there will be readers who are Team Blue or Team Gold. Don’t get me wrong. You’ll enjoy both but you will have a home team.”

Things certainly sound positive for the first time in a long time. For me at least the strategy is working because I am excited to read an X-Men book again.

Who is Negan?

In the Walking Dead there have been two primary Big Bad Characters that Rick Grimes has had to face. The first is the Governor who is now officially dead on the show, and the second one is Negan.
Sure, there are marauders, there are zombies, but nothing quite amps up the danger level like one of these two. When they show up, major characters die, and chaos ensues.

Casting: Recent news says actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan has been hired to play Negan.

Negan made his introduction of season 6 finale but in the official version he did not cuss. There is an unedited version of the scene that has become very popular online it features Negan using his normal vernacular of Fbombs and seems to be more inline with his comic portrayal.

Bio:

Negan is the leader of a group called the Saviors. Nothing is known about him pre-apocalypse. His group is basically a giant extortion / protection scheme. The Saviors go to communities and say give us 50% of your resources for our Zombie Protection Services or we will kill you. This is what Negan describes as the New World Order.

Negan is brutal and kills both enemies and his own men left and right. He wields a baseball bat wrapped in barbwire that he named Lucille. Lucille seems to be part of his psychosis as he talks to the bat like confidant. Negan is extremely violent a typical ritualized punishment for the Saviors is for Negan to burn/melt peoples faces using a scorching Iron. Despite his sadism, Negan has no tolerance for sexual violence and in one comic kills a Savior for attempting to rape Holly a prisoner. He is inconsistent on this as he does threaten numerous characters with rape (Mostly males) at other times.

Negan comes across as a bit of a meat head but is very strategic and intelligent. His meat head, cursing attitude seems to be a bit of front as it camouflages how intelligent he really is. He is not as cunning as the Governor but he makes up for it with a larger better armed and trained force. He is also far more brutal. Negan physically may be one of the most imposing characters introduced in the Walking Dead books, he seems to have no problem beating or killing any other character.

Negan also kills some main characters. In Walking Dead #100 Negan introduces himself by killing one of the members of the Alexandria community, the person he ends up picking is...

Do you really want to know?

Spoilers...

Glenn. That is right Glenn gets it. One of the shows most beloved characters is taken away brutally. Against the loud protestations of Maggie the group helplessly watches as Glenn is beaten to death by Negan.

Rick and crew are of course not very happy with Negan and quickly a very large war ensues. Rick learned some tricks from his battles with the Governor but Negan is anything but a push over. A brutal game of chess ensues that envelopes the story.

In the end Rick and collected network of communities defeat and capture Negan. The remaining parts of his network are added into Rick's network.

Negan is now in a cell as the lone prisoner. He is treated fairly and in one issue Rick even invites newcomers to the community visit him.

When Will Negan show up?

Actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan has been hired to play Negan. Morgan played the Comedian in Watchmen. It is said he will make his first appearance in the Season 6 Finale. My guess is that this appearance will be marked with the death of a major character.

In The Comics:
He shows up in the pivotal comic Walking Dead #100. The Governor died in #48 so there is a large gap between these two in the comics. It is hard to say what the show will do as there could be multiple seasons between the Governor and Negan or the show could straight in for the kill. My guess is that a lot of the characters will live through their current predicament and will feel safe for a moment...then when nobody is ready for it the Saviors will show up. It will be like a big Red Wedding style event and the viewers will be saying goodbye to many a character.

Entertainment Weekly asked Kirkman when Negan would show up he responded

“Well, there was a lot of breathing room in the comics between them. Whether or not we have the same amount of breathing room, or if we do cut that down a little bit and bring him into the show a little early remains to be seen. But I definitely do think there needs to be some kind of space from a Governor into a Negan. You have to have something of a break in there. So I wouldn’t expect him to be showing up — definitely not in season 4. I don’t know. I wouldn’t expect it too soon. But we are all very excited about the prospect of bringing that guy into the show. The plan is that we will see him eventually.”

Negan is coming. Somewhere in the walking dead world he is there. Waiting...with Lucille.

Incense is an item that attracts Pokemon to your location. It tends to attract more Pokemon to your location. Incense also attracts more Pokemon if you are walking and maintaining a steady speed than if you are stationary.
Generally trainers have found Lure at Pokestops seem to attract more Pokemon. Lures come with the added benefit that the trainer can be stocking up on items periodically at the lured Pokestops. These advantages are particularly noticed when a trainer goes to a location with multiple lured Pokestops.

There are few things that are overlooked with Incense though.

First you can take it with you anywhere while a Lure is stuck in a given location. This provides some massive advantages to you. Given that Incense Pokemon appear from spawn selection of the region you are in you can customize what type of Pokemon you get.

Two major strategies to use while using Incense:

Nest Incense: If you use an Incense an area that has a Nest of Pokemon you are more likely to receive one or more of those special Pokemon while you have an Incense on. To find a nest near you look at the Nest Atlas on SilphRoad.

Super Rare Walk: If you use an Incense in an area with NO Spawns. IE you are in the middle of no where but still have phone service the Incense will pull random Pokemon out of the Global Pokemon table. This means you can get Pokemon that are not common in your area and are possibly super rare. This is a great way to find unique Pokemon. This may be the best way to legitimately catch super rare Pokemon in the game.

Walking is good in general.

Keep in mind that while walking in Pokemon Go you are also earning Pokemon Buddy candies, and also hatching Eggs. Both can add significant value to a walk using Incense as well.

Lets also note that hey Walking is just plain out good for you. Its fun, you get to see new things and its good exercise. So go out buy some Incense find a cool (AND SAFE) place to hunt Pokemon and start walking.

Pokeon Go is always best to me when combined with a real adventure. Hike somewhere that you want to see and catch Pokemon on the way. Make the game an added bonus as opposed to simply the main attraction.

Changes to Incense in the works?

There are some who believe that we could see special types of Incense. This is due to people scouring through the code and finding different types. The thinking is that different types of Incense could attract different types of Pokemon. Some of the types in the code are Spicey which might refer to an incense that attracts Fire type Pokemon.

Pokemon Go Halloween Event is beginning October 26 2016

Pokemon Go is launching its first event tomorrow. While Pokemon GO is still immensely popular the game has begun to lose many of the early players of the game. However, the game has potential to bring old players back with new Pokemon, new features, and of course a mainstay of all mobile games......EVENTS!

Trainers across the globe have been debating whether Niantic would be able to launch an event by Halloween and the develper has finally answered the question. Beginning October 26 through October 31st the game will have a Halloween themed event.

What will happen during the event?

Increased Halloween Treats
Everyone loves to get Candy on Halloween and the game is playing off that theme for the event. Increased Candy will be rewarded from Catches, Transfers, Egg hatches and Buddy rewards during the Halloween Event

2x bonus to Candy for each Pokemon Catch
2x bonus to Candy from for Transfer to the Professor
4x bonus to Candy from the Buddy
2x bonus to Candy from Egg hatches

The Appearance of Spooky Pokemon!

Spooky Pokemon will appear more frequently which includes the Pokemon: Drowzee, Hypno, Ghastly, Haunter, Gengar, Golbat and Zubat.

While not the huge event that Niantic has hinted at this Halloween should still be a lot of fun and hopefully bring back some players the game has lost. I personally wish they had done the event with a launch of a major feature like PVP battling or a fixed tracker but hey increased Candy and Ghost Pokemon is still a lot of fun.

Depending on where you live some of these Pokemon could be very rare where you live.

TOYLAB TIP: Use this event to get GENGAR!

I see this event as a great time to try to get enough Ghastly candy to get a Gengar. Gengar is a useful Pokemon to battle Snorlax with but he it is very hard to get all the candy to Evolve a Ghastly all the way to Gengar. That said if the ghost Pokemon appear more frequently this is a huge opportunity to try to get this very useful and powerful Pokemon!.

Will this event be enough to get people excited for Pokemon again? Well it worked for player I know already so my guess is YES!

Glenn is one of the most popular characters from the Walking Dead comics and TV show.Actor Stephen Yeun plays Glenn on the Walking Dead TV series. There has been rampant speculation on when Glenn will die in the show. Glenn was killed by the villain Negan in Walking Dead #100 in the comics.

Glenn was born in Michigan from Korean immigrants. He moved to Atlanta and became a pizza delivery driver. In a extreme debt prior to the apocalypse Glenn began stealing cars. His knowledge of the Atlanta routes, hot wiring cars made him a valuable member of the scavengerteams from the Atlanta group. It has also been hinted at that Glenn was a boyscout prior to the apocalypse.

During the Apocalypse Glenn becomes a leader of scavenging parties. He does this for the Atlanta group, the Prison, and later for Alexandria. After meeting Rick Grimes on scavenging runs he becomes one of Rick's loyal supporters. He has a jack of all trades like skills and creativity that have allowed him to get out of numerous binds. He is the go to scavenger leader for the group in each place they end up.

At the farm he meets and later marries Maggie Greene. Her father Herschel becomes something of an adoptive father figure to him. Maggie and Glenn adopt Sophia whose mother Carol had been killed. The couple later learns that Maggie is pregnant with Glenn's child. Maggie and Glenn name their child Herschel after Maggie's late father.

Glenn is one of the least violent main characters. In his entire run in the comic's he was never shown killing another human.

In Walking Dead #100 Glenn is captured by the Saviors and is killed by the group's leader, Negan. Negan brutally smashes Glenn's head in with a barbed baseball bat that he named Lucille.

Glenn is similar to his comic counterpart in the TV show. He makes his first appearance in the episode Days Gone By. His voice crackles over a walkie talkie, "Hey you... Dumbass... Yeah, you in the tank... Cozy in there?" Glenn then helps save Rick and brings him into the Atlanta group.

Glenn falls in love with Maggie Greene as he and the other survivors stay at her farm. Glenn becomes close to her father Herschel. Herschel is initially angry about Glenn romantic overtures toward his daughter but eventually accepts him into the family.

In Season 6, Glenn appears to die when he falls off a dumpster into a herd of zombies. It is later revealed that Nicholas is being pulled apart on top of him. Glenn survives by crawling beneath a dumpster. Maggie reveals to Glenn that she is pregnant with his child.

At the end of season 6 Glenn seems to be facing of meeting the fate of his comic counterpart. He is sitting helplessly as Negan chooses who to kill from the group. The Season Finale ended without providing an answer.

Hot Rumor
7/24/16 - Glenn and Abraham are both killed by Negan
7/27/16- New rumor is that Glenn survives his first encounter with Negan. This rumor comes from the actor who plays Morgan. This has led many to speculate that those killed could be Maggie or Abraham (Or both).

Sherry is a Walking Dead character introduced as being a member of the Saviors. In the Walking Dead TV series she is played by actress Christine Evangelista.

Bio:

Sherry is introduced as one of the female concubines / wives of Negan the leader of the the group known as the Saviors. It is revealed that she is the former wife of the Savior commander Dwight. Dwight and Sherry traded her to Negan in order to move up the ranks of the Saviors. Dwight is caught sleeping with Sherry and is punished by having his face burned with a red hot Iron.

Sherry is seen attempting to defend another of Negan's wives, Amber after she too slept with her former husband.

Dwight refuses to play Ping Pong with Negan. Negan responds that he is ok with that because he is going to have sex with Sherry. Negan walks past Dwight saying a parting lewd comment about what he is going to Sherry. It seems this event is the straw that breaks the camels back and leads Dwight to becoming a spy for Rick in their battle against Negan.

After All Out War, Negan is defeated. Rick appoints Dwight as head of the Saviors. Two years later, Dwight and Rick are discussing how things are going. Dwight informs Rick that Sherry is no longer with him. He says that Sherry is with a nice guy with a lot more face. He says that despite their separation they are on good terms.

In the Walking Dead TV series she is played by actress Christine Evangelista.

In Season 6 episode called "Always Accountable", Daryl is captured by a man named Dwight with a wife /girl friend named Sherry. They are part of a different group that has strict and bizarre rules. Part of the rules include trading. The pair steal Daryl's crossbow and motorcycle. As they leave Daryl tells them that, "They will be sorry."

It is not clear if this Dwight is the same as the Dwight in the comics but there are some similarities. He has a wife named Sher which is similar to Sherry. He also now possesses a crossbow like his comic character.

A way to trade Pokemon has been a big part of past Pokemon games and is a feature that has been mentioned in the earliest Pokemon Go announcements. The feature however has not yet gone live. However, Niantic the games developer has apparently been working on it as Trading Code has been found in the game. Code was found earlier related to Buddy Pokemon and within about a month the Buddy system went live. I think its safe to say that if the beginning code is there then the Trading System will be going live pretty soon.

Pokemon Trading Evolutions?
Will Pokemon's Evolve from Trading? In past games there was a list of Pokemon that would evolve through Trading. Many times this was the only way to evolve these Pokemon. This meant that finding a friend and trading Pokemon with them was a critical part of the game. This was something that set Pokemon a part from other games in that forced players to interact with each other in the real world to achieve certain objectives in the game.

Pokemon Go has taken the gamer community to the extra mile. Gamers are joining up in teams all over the country and interacting in a variety of different ways. Trading will be yet one more way for players to interact. My guess is that the game will provide incentives for players to do this and that could take the route of a Trade Only Evolution. There are still no firm facts on this though and that is only speculation on my part.

How will Trading Work?
Here are some rumored ways that trading is expected to work from those who have looked at the code. This is speculation but speculation rooted on actual code that has already been created.

The Trading Market will unite the player with all the players not just a person sitting next to you. It is hard to say if you are only able to trade with players in a given region or in a city or if the radius
Trading appears to be only for Pokemon not other Pokemon items like Poke Balls or Potions.

Search Function - You will be able to search for "Trading Players" presumably by Pokemon type.
Create Trade - You will set up a trade with another player
Cancel Trade - Allows some ability to cancel trade before it is canceled.
Complete Trade-

The trade code has built in back ups that will re try a trade in case the connection is lost.

My Worry a Pokemon Go Black Market?

While I am all for Capitalism I do worry that the Pokemon Go game could be spoiled by people who cheat through third party software. Many of these accounts exist and already pollute the gyms in many areas however if you make a Pokemon Go market these nefarious actions will be easier and more lucrative. Now a hacker can gather Pokemon on an account through then trade those Pokemon to others (Potentially for profit) then those people will use super powered and super rare Pokemon to crush players who are playing the game fairly. While this is already happening I think a trading system could act as a catalyst to further that behavior.

For this reason I really am only hesitantly for a Trading system and only want to see it after Niantic has reigned in some of the cheating.

The main Code-A-Pillar set comes with a set of group of moves it can do but your toddler may quickly want it to do a little more. This is where Fisher Price smartly added expansion packs.

There are 3 different expansion packs so far and we are going to review each one and let you know which ones we like the best.

Think and Learn Basic Expansion Pack
This pack adds a forward, left turn and right turn segments. I really like this one because it just give your toddler a few more pieces that are easy to understand. To me the fun part of the Code-A-Pillar is making it move along a course or from spot A to spot B. It allows the toddler to solve just a little more complicated of a problem and increases the variability making it more fun. While this makes the Code-A-Pillar more fun I also don't see it making it overwhelming. If anything providing these pieces make the Code-A-Pillar easier to use. Some might even argue that this expansion should have come with the Base Set.

Bottom line I really like this expansion and highly recommend getting it with the base set.

That said I can see how making the Code-A-Pillar go to sleep or act goofy could be a lot of fun for a kid.

Think and Learn Master Moves Expansion Pack

The master Moves comes with a 45 degree turn, a 180 degree turn and the a repeat segment. The repeat segment is pretty cool but may baffle toddlers at first. Basically you flip a switch on it between 1 and 5 and the Code-A-Pillar will repeat the action the repeat segment is attached to the number of times you have set. Its pretty cool but will likely be overlooked at first. I like how they named this one the Master set because I think that is how this set is best used. Let your kids figure out the basic moves and do some things. Then add this in later.

5 Tips for Pokemon hunting in a Cemetery

One of the things about Pokemon Go that is causing many consternation is the amount of Pokestops in places of serious places where people are mourning. This is because Ingress, the game whose data effectively underlies Pokemon Go asked its players to locate places of spiritual and emotional importance. This meant that Ingress players went out and found many places that were churches, memorials and ...cemeterys.

Some Cemeterys are welcoming players and some are banning them. While it may seem a bit morbid Cemeterys were some of the first parks in our country and past times were often used for recreational walks and picnics. Many cemeterys are also full of beautiful paths and historical sites that many people may have forgotten.

As far as Pokemon Go tips go keep in mind that ghost pokemon do not seem to be any more likely to show up at cemeterys or haunted locations. As far as we can tell tips likes these are just rumors. That said ghosts do seem to show up more at night and during the evening.

Here are 5 tips for going Pokemon Hunting in a Cemetery.

1) Select Carefully: Find a cemetery with old graves. These graves are more likely to be turned into Pokestops and this also keeps you away from funerals, and memorials for people who have died recently. Also make sure that you have good service in the area or else there is no point. Obviousily make sure the Cemetery has not banned players before you show up.

2) Don't be a dumb ass- Stay away from funerals and mourning families. I mean come on this should be obvious. Don't litter be respectful etc. If you act stupid the cemetery is likely to ban players from that area.

3) If you go at night...Because hey its exciting and fun to be in a cemetery at night. It also lets you catch different kinds of Pokemon in your are. Make sure you bring a flash light or even a head lamp. Also be sure you can exit area and know when the Cemetery closes. Multiple cemeteries have reported Pokemon Go players accidentally finding themselves locked in. Don't be one of those poor players. Also be sure to dress appropriately and bring a extra battery pack for your phone.

4) Find open areas for Tracking - Try to find fairly open areas where you can walk in nearly a 360 degree area this makes tracking down and finding the nearby Pokemon easier. See our post on triangulation in Pokemon Go Guide.

5) Double Lures- A lot of times there are so many Pokestops in a cemetery that you can find 2,3,4, and even more that effectively overlap. Try setting up multiple Lure at once and catch a ton of Pokemon.

Night Time Pokemon Go

Going out to hunt Pokemon is pretty fun and awesome. One advantage of going out at night is that the Pokemon that spawn at night are often different given a location. This makes for some Pokemon hunts.
Going out at night does pose some safety concerns as you can both fall into obstacles and also be hit by drivers who do not see you. Who is Morgana Blessing?

Morgana is a Marvel character that is appears in the adventures of Doctor Strange. She is an ally and romantic interest of Strange. It is possible she could appear in the Doctor Strange film as Rachel McAdams has been hired to play a still unnamed character.

Morgana began wrote and published a book about Doctor Strange when it was believed he was deceased. She was a longtime friend and love interest of the Sorcerer Supreme.

In one story Morgana and Victor Strange were kidnapped and held hostage by the Voodoo Queen Marie Laveau. Laveau wanted Strange to give her a spell called the Vampiric Verses that would recreate vampires in the world. Strange refused to turn over the spell. Laveau then attempted a spell to bring back Varnae the first vampire. Laveau intended to use Morgana as a sacrifice for the spell but Brother Voodoo assistant Babu sacrificed himself instead. His body was converted to the horrific form of Varnae. Varnae then attempted to feed on Morgana but Doctor Strange came to her rescue and forced Varnae to flee.

She became a lover of Doctor Strange's brother Victor. Victor became a vampire and would often feed on Morgana. He began calling himself Baron Blood and fed off of criminals. He gradually began losing control and Morgana bought and hid a stake to use on him if he lost complete control. In the end Victor used this stake on himself as he felt his humanity was slipping away.

Rachel Mcadams has been hired to play a role in the Doctor Strange film. The character she is playing has been described as Night Nurse but this may be a ruse. Certainly, the character of Clea is a possibility along with Morgana Blessing.

Scarlet Witch first appearance

Wanda Maximoff along with her twin brother QuickSilver are the offspring of Magneto. Magneto does not know of their existence while they are being raised. The story of their birth is a little weird. It involves the twins being born amongst the New Men of Wundagore mountain who are basically part animal part human people. They hide the twins with a family called the Maximoffs. There is also a demon that has a presence near Wundagore mountain and he gives the Scarlet Witch magical powers. Both twins also develop mutant powers. Quick Silver develops super speed and Scarlet Witch gains the mutant power of hexing (altering probability). While, they do not know their father, or he them they end up joining his group the evil brotherhood of mutants.

The twins never are very evil though and part with the group rather quickly and join the Avengers.

House of M - Scarlet Witch at a very high power level alters reality. She utters the words "No more mutants" and removes the powers of most of the worlds mutants.

Relationships:

Quicksilver - Wanda is the twin sister of Quicksilver and daughter of Magneto.
Vision - She is known for having a long on and off romantic relationship with the android Vision.
Wonderer Man - The Ionic Avenger also had feelings for Wanda and it has been hinted at, that the Vision's feelings for the Scarlet Witch may stem from Vision's cerebral matrix being based off of Wonderman's mind. Scarlet Witch's connection was strong enough to Wonder Man that she was able to re-materialize him after his death.

Powers:
The Scarlet Witche's primary power is to caste hexes that affect the probability of events. She can also wield chaos magic.
At one point her powers are elevated due to a cosmic power source and she is able to alter all of reality this leads to the event House of M.

Movies:

The Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver are dualy owned by Marvel and Fox. This allows both companies to use the characters in either the Fox Mutant verse or Marvel's MCU. This is why Quicksilver was able to appear in both X-Men Apocalypse / Days of Future Past and Avengers: Age of Ultron.

So far a version of Scarlet Witch has not appeared in the X-Men universe.

In the MCU the Scarlet Witch makes her first appearance in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Wanda Maximoff and her brother Pietro are given powers by Hydra human experimentation utilizing Loki's scepter from the Avengers film. Scarlet Witch develops telekinetic and telepathic powers and her brother develops super speed. The Avengers attack and defeat Hydra but not before the Scarlet Witch induces Bruce Banner to go into a rampage.

The pair join forces with Ultron who offers them revenge against the Avengers. The two become disillusioned with Ultron when they realize the murderous true intentions are to destroy the world. The pair switch allegiances to the Avengers and help them defeat Ultron. Quicksilver is slain during the conflict. Wanda is saved at the last minute by the Vision.

In Captain America Civil War, Wanda has joined the Avengers. In the conflict between the pro registration Iron Man and freedom Captain America she sides with Captain America. A deeper relationship is shown between Wanda and Vision even though the two squared off during the Civil War event.

Monsters Unleashed is a Marvel Comic event in 2017 that will focus on massive monsters.

Monsters:
Marvel has many monsters some with origins that go back prior to publisher having Super Hero stories.

Marvel is also going to introduce some new giant monsters for the event. Here are some who have been promoted by the company and the creator who designed them. The promotional images where done in a trading card like format that highlights each monsters powers.

Why Monsters Unleashed will be Awesome:

What has caught my eye is that in 2017 Marvel is going to have a massive event called MONSTERS UNLEASHED. What is immediately cool about the name is that I have not heard it before. It is not the 2nd, 3rd of 4th Secret Wars but something new, something HUGE!!!!!!!!

Alright I'm excited again :) la la la la lolly pops and doves, water falls of chocolate and girls running on beaches.......etc etc Happy Days Ahead.

The Monster Unleashed team assembled by Marvel is pretty awesome. The writing will be done by Cullen Bunn and will star artists including Adam Kubert, Greg Land, Salvador Larroca, Steve McNiven, and Leinil Yu. I really like Cullen Bunn he is a writer you may know from Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe which was amazing. I am excited to see what he does here and hope he can inject new life into the Marvel comic universe.

The idea of Monsters unleashed is pretty simple. Its Marvel's version of Pacific Rim or of Godzilla. What will make it fresh though is that Marvel has created many great Monsters over the years but most of them have sat for years in the dust bins of history. This is a chance for many of these great monsters to get their day in the sun again.

There are also new Monsters to use and also a lot of influence from stuff like Godzilla in Japan. One of my requests for the series is that Tokyo needs to get some action! Come on that just seems necessary in the huge Monster Genre.

It should also be fun to see heroes take on these massive monsters. Instead of battling super villains, evil organizations or each other we get to see our heroes test their might against an army of epic Monsters. Artistically i see that series will open up great opportunities for huge slash pages featuring huge amounts of heroes, monsters and carnage.

Which Monsters will show up? Well let me be clear Marvel has a TON and I do mean a TON of Monsters. Prior to Marvel getting into the super heroes gig in the 1960s with Fantastic Four it was focus on horror books and many of those books had monsters. Some characters like Groot debuted in this time period and were revamped. However, many many monsters from that time have only made brief appearances.since then. There are a ton of these guys and a lot of them are different than things we see today.
