Gotham City Sirens:
Gotham City Sirens is a film being planned by DC that will focus on Harley Quinn and two other villains compatriots. The film is effectively a spin off from DC's Suicide Squad film with both Margot Robbie and Jared Leto appearing as Harley Quinn and the Joker. The film is based off of the comic Gotham City Sirens written by Paul Dini. David Ayer director of the Suicide Squad is said to be producing Gotham City Sirens.
Synoposis:
Harley Quinn joins forces with a group of Gotham's female supervillains to pull off the greatest heist of their careers. Things get complicated when men from their pasts show up and interphere with their plans.

David Ayer Tweeted out a picture of Harley in her Jester costume dancing with the Joker. The two are recreating the famous comic cover by Alex Ross. The Alex Ross of the picture of the Joker and Harley dancing has become one of the most popular pictures of the pair together it is called "Tango with Evil". Ross has a 2nd picture in this series that he did later called "May I cut in" featuring Batman moving into the picture which was debuted as San Diego Comic Con 2015.

Tango of Evil - Reference in Suicide Squad:
A clip was shown of Harley briefly shown dancing with Joker very briefly in the film Suicide Squad.
