Punisher Netflix Show - News, Trailers and more
Initial Synopsis:
“After the murder of his family, Frank Castle is both haunted and hunted. In the criminal underworld, he’ll become known as The Punisher.”
“After exacting revenge on those responsible for the death of his wife and children, Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) uncovers a conspiracy that runs far deeper than New York’s criminal underworld. Now known throughout the city as The Punisher, he must discover the truth about injustices that affect more than his family alone.”

9: “Front Toward Enemy”
10: “Virtue of the Vicious”

Meaning of names:
- Kandahar - 2nd largest city in Afganistan. Likely a reference to Frank's military past in a tour of Afganistan.
- Gunner - A Gunner is a military term for a member of the armed forces who operates or specializes in guns
- The Judas Goat - Some one who leads you to death or betrayal a reference to Judas Iscariot
- Front Toward Enemy - Instructions for detonation of a M18 claymore mine
- Virture of the Vicious - Comes from a quote from Oscar Wilde critical of Patriotism - the full quote reads "Patriotism is the virtue of the vicious."
- Danger Close - This is a code that allied force uses to warn allies that they are approaching range of fire with a target.
- Memento Mori- Deaths Head "Object of Death" the Skull Logo
- Cold Steel - Modern alternative phrase on cold iron meaning any weapon designed to draw blood

“Part of this season for Frank is [about how] he’s built this wall around his heart. He’s starting to care about things, and people. There’s going to be an attempt to move beyond the Punisher, but that’s something he can’t shake. There’s part of me that’s hungry to get back into the darkness, that’s excited to see it fall apart. And I’ll go back to my long walks.”

Toylab Thoughts:
There still has been very little released about this show but based off characters it is going to begin pulling in some of the most well known Punisher characters in Jigsaw and Micro. It will also tie into the previous Netflix series by including Karen Page. Punisher has also been spotted wearing his skull symbol which means he will appear in his iconic look during the series.
Toylab bloggers are gearing up for the series in a bigway. Let just say we are doing our homework.
